All American Highball Recipe — July 2022 Cocktail of the Month

Through the month of July, we are featuring our Straight Rye Malt Whiskey in an “All-American Highball” cocktail!

But we aren’t taste gatekeepers here, so we want to teach you how to make one at home.

You’re going to need:

1.5oz of Ironton Colorado Straight Rye Malt Whiskey

.5oz of Tart Cherry Liqueur

.5oz of Lime Juice

.5oz of Lemon Juice

.75oz of Simple Syrup

1.5oz of Club Soda

Add all of your ingredients (except the club soda) to a shaker and shake to combine. Then strain into a large Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wedge.
